What is Indie Hosting?
Indie Hosting is a next-generation Minecraft hosting service designed for flexibility, affordability, and ease of use. We use a credit-based system, allowing you to pay only for the resources you use without long-term commitments.
Do I need to sign up for a subscription?
No, Indie Hosting does not offer any subscription plans. Our credit system allows you to pay as you go, saving you money and doing away with old monthly based payments.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes! We strive to make unique plans for our customers. Open a ticket on Discord and we may be able to accommodate you.
How do I get started with a server?
Simply create an account, purchase credits, and use them to deploy a server with your desired specifications. Our custom panel makes setup easy, and you can start playing in just a few minutes!
How much does your hosting cost?
Our hosting prices vary with how many resources you allocate, and how much time you want to keep the server running. Find out more on the Credit Marketplace!
How does your credit-based pricing system work?
You purchase credits, and those credits are used to keep your server running. Each resource (RAM, CPU, backups, etc.) has a set credit cost, and your balance decreases as you use them.

Do credits expire?
Nope, credits will never expire.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
We do not currently offer cash refunds for unused credits, but we may transfer them to another account if you open a ticket with support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options through WooCommerce, Google Pay, and Stripe.
What hardware do you use for your servers?
Our servers run on high-performance AMD Ryzen 9950X CPUs, DDR5 RAM, and NVMe storage.
Where are your data centers located?
Our main data center is located in New York, with plans in the works to expand all across North America.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my server's resources?
You can adjust your servers RAM, CPU usage, uptime, and any other resources through our credit marketplace. Any changes will update the credit cost accordingly.
Do you offer DDoS protection?
Yes! All of our servers come with free DDoS protection to ensure your game runs smoothly.
Can I upload my own world files?
Absolutely! You upload your own world files simply by dragging and dropping them into the correct folder through our file manager.
How do I access my server's console and files?
You can access your servers console, file manager, and config settings directly from our custom-built panel.
How do I contact support?

Do you offer live chat or phone support?
While we offer live chat support through the Discord, we only offer phone support through unique tickets.

Yes! While we are a new hosting service, we are actively looking to support other games. Open a ticket in Discord if you’d like us to add a game for you.
